I really like the double layers of stone wall with barbed wire and then the higher wooden enforced one Warehouse with a lot of cupboards (i like my stuff sorted, really really sorted) Main entrance (uses an already existing metal gate)ĭouble gate with a killing area between to let cars in without puppetsĪnd this killing area even has a reception, if you get human vists The layout is build realism in mind: good defense against puppets, safe entrance. Not all finished yet, no campfire, fountain and small details, but you can see the main layout and the ideas! It is placed in Samobor City, south-east corner, next (east) to the gas station. I promised some pictures of my base and here they are! I haven't really build in the snow, but thing good thing about single player is that you can build anywhere without worrying about grievers, therefore, you can just build multiple houses as you travel. Its pretty smacked in between everything. Last is probably the most typical place to build and that is the small town left of that airbase on b2/b3. Only downside is that there arent too many houses near those 2 monuments. You will have a nice flat space to build a whole time if you want. Gas station will be some ways away but not too bad. The second place I like to build is between the factory and airbase near the b2-b3 area.

On my pc i get about 45-55fps there on epic settings which is still playable for me but i dont know how it will be for you. The only thing that sucks is that its super laggy there. In the city there are 3 gun shops, 1 police station, school (with gun/ammo loots), and the football stadium with tons of loot. You also have the warehouse+gas station next to each other. One of the best spot for me is in the big city just right in between the boarders of C3, C4, D3, D4.
